We currently carry 4 boutique style wines with more to come. Whether you desire to try a familiar Cabernet Sauvignon, or excite your senses with the depth of a Sangiovese reminiscent of Italy, our complex varietals have something for every wine lover to enjoy.
Our Selection

Sangiovese
Our Sangiovese has rich red fruit flavors with soft, resolved tannins that are pleasant on the tongue. This wine features an intriguing blend of cherry, red current, and strawberry aromas that offer a crisp and refreshing finish, with just a hint of lingering minerality from our unique terroir. Sangiovese pairs particularly well with rich meats or hearty pasta dishes, and is inherently smooth, drinkable, and perfect for all occasions.

Syrah
Our Syrah is a medium to high-bodied wine with dark fruit, smoky flavors, and a distinct tobacco taste. The soft tannins within the wine combine perfectly with the dark fruit flavors of blueberry, plum, and black currant. We use American oaks from Wisconsin and Appalachia during the aging process of our Syrah, which leads to notes of spice, nutmeg, caramel, and vanilla flavors. The aromatic full-sensory experience of our Syrah is an ideal pairing for everyday meals, including barbecue, braised and roasted meats, wild game, and grilled vegetables.

Cabernet Sauvigon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits deep red color and aromas of plum, black cherry, menthol, licorice and chocolate. This special wine enters the palate with thick, supple weight, leading into broad flavors of dark red fruit, slight earthiness, and warm toffee spice. Our Cabernet varietals are aged in French oak sourced from Troncais Forest, which deepens the intensity of the wine with notes of clove, almond and white chocolate flavors. Our Cabernet provides a full-bodied experience with a pleasing aftertaste, perfect to pair with many dishes, including steaks, roasted meats, and hard cheeses.

Tempranillo
Our Tempranillo is a medium-bodied wine with dark fruit and tobacco flavors. Our Tempranillo has balanced tannins and acidity to provide a delightfully smooth finish that is complex, yet easy to drink, with flavor profiles that include dried fig, plum, and cedar. This Spanish-style wine will tempt your palate and introduce a bit of international flair into your wine repertoire, while providing an exceptional complement to regional Spanish cuisine, cured meats, tomato-based sauces, and smoky grilled dishes.
